Perfect Tees

We are successfully moved in to our new place and it is coming together quite quickly.  More about that next week. 

My good friend Emily is getting ready to sell their house and she recently gave me 3 bags of boys clothes, along with 2 bag of baby girl clothes for good luck.  haha!  Anyway, I have sorted through them and both Zade and Dace have scored big time.  I don't think I will have to buy either of them anything until next spring.  What a huge blessing!  Thanks again, Emily.

Dace was in a silly mood but I did get a kinda good one...  I love Dace in polos.  They are so handsome on little handsome boys.

Yesterday

I am sure everyone would really appreciate some new pictures!  Yesterday was the first time i had used my camera in about 3 weeks.  The nausea is finally starting to subside and I am getting back to normal.  hallelujah! 

I guess you know it was a good afternoon at the farmers market when....

Somebody loves mama's homemade mac n cheese!  Not that I blame him.  I've got the recipe nearly perfected and it is quite crave-worthy.  Did I mention he had three servings?!

Today, our awesome friends the Call's watched the boys at the beach while Dallin and I worked at the house.  They have 4 kids, three of which are girls and were there too.  Lucy is Dace's age.  As I was sitting here uploading these pics,  Dace comes over to me and says, "I'm so happy!"

That's good Dace!  You had fun at the beach today, huh?  Did you know that playing in the sunshine makes you happy?

He smiles coyly then says, "Lucy makes me happy."

oh my goodness...lol.

Today's Dace Ditty

Zade has been a whining bear for the last two days.  This afternoon, after his nap, we were upstairs getting into shorts to go outside and go biking around the pond.  I put him down on the floor so I could change and he instantly start whining.  If he's not on my hip, he's whining.  I rhetorically asked, "Zade, why are you so whiny today???"  Dace replies matter of factly - "He had long day, mama."

We were eating supper tonight when out of nowhere, Dace says- Me have baby sisto.
Dallin- Yeah?  Is it a baby sister in mommy's tummy.
Dace- yeah.....
Dallin- What if it's another brother, like Zade?
Dace- no, just  sisto.

Which is really interesting because a couple weeks ago, I had this conversation with him:

Dace finished watching a little Franklin cartoon about getting a little sister.  As he was putting away the movie, he says, “Mom, I love that little sisto baby.”

Yeah?  What if mommy has a sister baby in her tummy.  Would you like that?

He thinks for a minute, then says, “No, just keep Zade.”

I laughed.  We’ll always keep Zade but what if you can have him and a sister.  Would that be fun?

No, just keep Zade home. 

Okay.

I guess he's changed his mind and is open to the idea of a sister....Or maybe it was divine revelation.....
