Easter feast

Ammon got up to the table as soon as i put the butter on and waited for the rest to arrive. 

Roast ham, corned beef, scalloped potatoes with cheddar and pesto, veggies and dip, french bread, fruit salad, raspberry punch, deviled eggs, olives and raspberry oreo pie for dessert. shared with family- dallin's sister, her hubby and their 2 kids (cousins!!) 

 It was so delish and worth all the effort. But now I am "done" for the day. Love being able to cook for company.

Easter Morning - Somebunny was here

Every little girl needs an Easter dress!  And a last minute manicure before church.  It took over an hour to convince her that her nails were dry and she could use her hands properly.

Anyway, so idk what the latest is but I hear the last 48 hours have been pretty rough.  I found these on fb and died laughing.  Had to share them for everyone that is non-fb world.

Maybe it's time you came to visit us in the desert.  did I mention I went running in shorts this morning, 630am, no mitts, toque or shovel needed to leave my yard?  just sayin.....  And as I type this, the patio door is open, the evening breeze blows in, drenched in the scent of lilac.....

Easter Egg Hunt

We had the best Easter Saturday at the Young Living farms Easter Egg Hunt.  Pony rides, wagon rides, jumpy castles, climbing walls, paddle boats, Easter bunny photo opp, face painting, egg hunt (duh!), The kids loved it and it was the perfect day for it.  Sunny and a nice breeze...After my best week yet at work, it was the perfect way to spend the weekend, just hanging out with the fam and making memories....
